Macintosh files (including Power Point)  must be pre-tested on Church of Solsburg equipment.

Music

All music (pre-recorded or live) to be played at a funeral must be pre-approved by a Church of Solsburg Pastor.

Music can be provided on CD, Flash Drive or emailed MP3 files

U-Tube music must be tested 24 hours proir to the memorial service.

 Streaming / Recording

Streaming and recording of a service can be offered.  Please contact a Church of Solsburg Pastor 24 hours proir to a servcie to request the possibility of streaming and recording for a service. There are no guarantiees with this offering.

Testimonials / Speakers

A testimonial time can be offered.  A Church of Solsburg Pastor should be contacted 24 hours prior to the service to request a testimonial time.

If special speakers are desired this must be arranged through a Church of Solsburg Pastor.

Guest Speakers

We welcome our guest speakers.

For the smoothest stress free speaking engagement all "special" needs should be requested 48 hours prior to your service.

We are a Windows 10 based facility.

If you have Macintosh created files that you will need to use with your ministry (including Microsoft Office Suite files) they should be provided through email 48 hours prior to the service for testing.

We can provide access to CD, DVD, Flash Drive, UTube, Microsoft Office Suite, Online presentations. 

We have a Power Point Presentation remote.  Files for the presentation should be provided to be played through the "house" laptop.  Testing should be done 48 hours prior the service.

Our presentations are shown on two 80 inch LCD TVs located at the front of the church and can be viewed by the entire seated congregation.  A 70 inch monitor TV can be viewed by the presentor which is located at the back of the church.

If you require that your computer be used for any presentations it must be tested first.  The computer must have a USB port and an HDMI port.

We can provide wireless lapel mics and around the head mics.  Please let the Church of Solsburg Pastor know of your preference.

We also have various wireless mics and other wired mics.

We live stream all services and maintain an offering to view all streamed services for at least two months.  Presentations will be live streamed as well.

These provision must be approved and arranged by a Church of Solsburg Pastor.  

Requirements and guidlines will be provided once the requests have been approved.  If guidlines are not provided the requesting group is to ask for those guidelines.  We are a Bible believing church and have strict expectations of the use of the Church of Solsburg facilities.
